HM-DP4030S is a fully automatic dual-channel Rigid box making machine. It is suitable for the simultaneous
production of Top boxes and bottom boxes of various box types, such as mobile phone boxes, jewelry boxes, cosmetic
boxes, watch boxes, etc. The range of making boxes is larger, which can better meet the needs of the modern

This machine adopts servo control system and image positioning system to realize automatic completion of paper
feeding, gluing, gray board feeding, four corner pasting, positioning, box holding, edge wrapping, ear folding and
folding forming.
Servo drives of well-known brands are used in the feeder, gluing and conveyor belts, which can be infinitely
variable, high-precision, easy to adjust, and save time; the positioning part uses image positioning systems and robots
to grab parts to improve positioning accuracy and efficiency, and the error range can reach ±0.05mm, and the
positioning and debugging speed is faster; the forming machine adopts THK linear guide rail and virtual electronic cam
drive, which is more stable and wear-resistant, and the movement is smoother, and the size range of folding depth and
folding ear length is also larger.
